CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis. CBD is derived directly from the hemp plant and does NOT cause a “high” like THC is doing. CBD got very popular in the past few months because on the one hand it is a natural option for pain relief, to de-stress, and for better sleep, on the other hand, it contains loads and loads of antioxidants! CBD Face mask recipes.
1. CBD-Infused Honey Oatmeal Soothing Mask
This is a good go-to mask for any skin type. The ground oats act as a gentle exfoliant and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that keep your skin glowing. The bananas are an ideal addition because they help bind the CBD oil to the other ingredients and are full of Vitamin C that helps reduce spots and blemishes.
- 3 tablespoons ground oats
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 drops of CBD oil
Instructions
- Using a food processor or coffee grinder, grind the oats.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and CBD oil.
- Mash the banana and add to the CBD and honey mixture.
- Stir in the ground oats, then pop it in the fridge for ten minutes before applying.
- Let it sit on the skin for 10-15 minutes before rinsing.
2. CBD-Infused Lemon Sugar Scrub Exfoliant Mask
If you are dealing with redness, breakouts, or both — this is the mask for you. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and citric acid, which help reduce redness and inflammation. But they are also naturally anti-bacterial. The lemons work well with the coarseness of the sugar to clean out pores and blackheads while giving your skin the benefits of CBD.
- 1 fresh lemon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 drops of CBD oil
Instructions
- Get the mask ready by first whisking together the juice from the lemon, olive oil, honey, and CBD oil drops.
- Gradually add in the brown sugar until you have a thick consistency.
- Apply to your face and leave for five minutes before rinsing.
3. CBD-Infused Moisturizing Avocado Mask
This is an ideal mask if you are looking for more moisture. Avocados offer some pretty impressive benefits for our skin. They have essential fatty acids that moisturize and promote healing, as well as potassium, calcium, and vitamin E that our skin can easily absorb.
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 Tablespoon plain yogurt (the higher the fat, the more moisture you’ll get)
- ½ Tablespoon honey
- 4 drops CBD oil
Instructions
- Start by simply mashing the avocado and stirring in the plain yogurt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and CBD oil.
- Add to the avocado and yogurt mixture and set in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Stir after cooled, and massage onto your face. Leave for 10-15 minutes before rinsing.
4. CBD clay face mask recipe.
Face Mask Ingredients:
- 3 TB Powdered Clay
- 1-2 TB Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1-2 TB Filtered Water
- 1 Full Dropper of CBD
Mix your powdered clay with equal parts raw apple cider vinegar and water and stir the mixture until it is a smooth paste – you can add more clay or liquid as needed. Add your CBD tincture and stir until it is mixed in. Apply 1/8 to 1/4-inch layer to your face and let it dry.
Once you’ve waited the recommended time for your clay to dry, rinse the clay from your face and wash with mild face soap. We also recommend using a light, non-comedogenic, aka not pore-clogging, moisturizer in your post-mask routine as well.

5. CBD Anti-aging face mask.
This anti-aging face mask is super easy to make and I am almost sure that you have most of the ingredients in the house:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 TS rosehip oil (or jojoba oil)
- 1 TS Honey
- 3-5 drops CBD oil (10-15%)
Carefully blend all ingredients and apply them to your skin. Wash with warm water after around 20 minutes.
6. CBD olive oil face mask recipe.
A handful of ground almonds
2 tablespoons CBD Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon matcha powder

7. CBD Lavender facemask
- 1 teaspoon CBD oil
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- ¼ ripe avocado, mashed
- 2 drops lavender oil
Essential fatty acids in coconut oil and avocados boost your skin with deep hydration and new suppleness. The antioxidants in honey and CBD work together with the soothe redness and acne-irritated skin. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and apply gently to your skin. This mask takes us straight to the lavender fields.
